Ordering & Terms
Specific terms are included with each quote, in general they are...
- Website or Database Projects: Deposit of 40% of estimated cost/quote value with order, stage payments with each pre-release of the project, balance when the project is ready. Deposit refunded less 25% administration fee, if project cancelled before any pre-releases.
- Ongoing Development on existing databases: Invoiced on completion of a new release.
- Consultancy/Support: £100 "deposit" includes first 2 hours of consultancy work. Further payments due after each 4 hours of consultancy/support thereafter.
- Invoices are due on receipt, and are to be paid in full by cash or credit/debit card.
